Braised noodles with celery and shredded pork

Prepare two celery stalks, wash and cut them into sections, soak and wash the soybean sprouts, shred the lean meat, and mince the onion, ginger and garlic

Wet noodles bought in the supermarket

Mix the bowl of juice, dark soy sauce and water, the ratio is about 1:1:1
