Mixed vegetable cod and cat rice balls—baby will fall in love with eating vegetables from now on
Overview
Today I’m going to fry some home-cooked vegetable rice first, and then shape it into a mold. The final look is very cute and tastes great. Even though it’s small, it’s super nutritious. If you have a baby at home who doesn’t like vegetables, let’s try it together. Not to mention the nutrition of various vegetables, cod is also added to this rice, which not only adds umami flavor to the rice, but also provides the baby with sufficient DHA to promote brain development. Beautiful and nutritious rice balls, a good partner to whet your baby's appetite!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the cod into small pieces and marinate with a few drops of lemon juice to remove the fishy smell.
-
Chop the carrots finely.
-
Then blanch all the vegetables. Blanch the carrots, broccoli, and baby cabbage leaves in hot water and take them out for later use.
-
After blanching, I saw that the carrots were still a bit big, so I chopped them into small pieces again. Broccoli and baby cabbage leaves are also chopped into small pieces. The size of vegetables depends on your baby’s chewing ability.
-
Pour a little oil into the hot pan, add the cod, stir-fry the cod and smash it into pieces. When the cod changes color, take it out and set aside.
-
Continue adding carrots and frying.
-
Add the rice after frying for 30 seconds. Yuzu Mama’s cooked rice is made from rice, millet, and quinoa.
-
After the rice is cooked and fragrant, add all the remaining vegetables and stir-fry for another 30 seconds. Finally, add the fried cod, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
-
If you don’t want to shape it, you can eat it.
-
Next, make a few pieces of little cat seaweed and 1 mold. Put all the molds in hot water and blanch them to dry.
-
Place the base plate on the table, place the seaweed on the base plate, and use a mold to press out the facial features and set aside.
-
After the facial features are pressed, start making the rice balls, put the negatives in, put the rice in with a spoon, compact it and pour it on the plate.
-
Attach the cat's facial features and whiskers.
-
Look, a group of cute little tabby cats. Two of these rice balls are enough for a baby's meal.
-
Next, make a black cat. Use scissors to cut out the outline of the cat on the seaweed. Put the seaweed into the mold, then add the rice. After pressing out the shape of the cat, turn the black cat upside down on the plate.
-
The black cat's facial features are pressed out of cheese slices.
-
It's so cute. After it was done, two babies came. Their four eyes were shining brightly, and their chubby paws were immediately stretched out.

Use whatever mold you have on hand. If your baby also likes such a cute shape, leave me a message and I will come up with various creative rice recipes.
