Overview
I like to use spinach in soups, stir-fry with lean meat and garlic cloves, the soup is rich, the vegetables are soft but not rotten, and the taste is fresh and delicious!

Prepare ingredients: spinach, garlic cloves, lean meat.

Peel and smash the garlic cloves, slice the lean meat, add Qingxuan soy sauce, salt and chicken powder and stir for a while, finally add starch and a little sesame oil and stir again evenly.

Cut off the head of spinach, soak and wash.

Pick up and drain the water.
