Tomato quail eggs
Overview
I don’t really like to eat whole tomatoes, but I like to boil them very well and cook them with other ingredients, like today’s tomato quail eggs, but this dish doesn’t go with rice, so the kids didn’t even eat the rice when they took one for each.

Steps
-
All ingredients.
-
Boil the quail eggs in the pot.
-
Peel the cooked quail eggs and set aside (put the cooked quail in a glass container, cover with a heavy lid and shake it up and down, the shell will be broken all at once, so it will be faster to peel it again).
-
Boil the tomatoes in a pot with boiled eggs for a while, then peel and cut into small pieces, and prepare a small piece of shredded ginger.
-
Heat oil in a pan, fry the quail eggs for a while, and add some salt appropriately.
-
Fry until both sides turn brown and set aside.
-
Then put the tomatoes and ginger in the pot and fry.
-
Fry the tomatoes until soft and then add the quail eggs.
-
Finally, season appropriately and let the sauce collect over high heat.
