Wash the chicken and chop into pieces, boil in water for 5 minutes, remove and set aside

Wash and cut the shallots, mince the ginger and garlic

Wash and cut carrots and potatoes into cubes

Heat oil, add ginger, garlic and pepper and sauté until fragrant
