Noodles
Overview
This is the pastry my grandma made when I was a kid! Especially during the fasting festival of our Hui people, grandma makes a lot every year (grandma does it alone). After she is done, she packs it up carefully, and grandpa takes it to the mosque and gives it to the old people who are fasting, and the young people will scatter it (give it away)! The mosque was full of men, no women! Although this model is old, it must be at least a hundred years old! Because it was given to grandma by her father (grandma was only a teenager at that time! Grandma is now in her nineties😊)! Although it is not a cultural relic or an antique! For me, it is just a souvenir (because my grandpa is no longer alive😭😭😭😭! May Allah have mercy on you! Aminai)

Use a rolling pin to crush peanuts, walnuts and cooked sesame seeds (only white sesame seeds)
-
Add cooked sesame oil, honey, black sesame seeds, white sugar, crushed peanuts, walnut kernels, and ground sesame seeds to the sifted flour! Finally add appropriate amount of milk and mix well

Just mix it like this😊 (you can knead it into pieces with your hands)

Put the mixed cooked flour into the mold and press it firmly with your fingers (as shown in the picture)
-
At this time, carve it on the chopping board and it will come out (do the rest in sequence) 😜
