Tofu stewed with shrimp
Overview
Growing up in a small seaside town, my favorite thing was seafood. In fact, until now, I feel that small seafood tastes much better than large seafood that is ridiculously expensive. Of course, the price of small seafood is affordable to ordinary people. For ten yuan or twenty yuan, you can get a small satisfaction and satisfy your craving. Just like this small shrimp, I think it tastes much more delicious than the big shrimp. My mother's skill in making small seafood has always been beyond my reach. The ingredients are the same and the process is the same, but the taste is always worse. Stewed fish with tofu and stewed shrimp with tofu are what she often makes, and they are also what I often learn to make. In ordinary one-pot stews, the soup is often drunk up first, and then the taste is slowly savored.
