Rose represents my heart
Overview
Yesterday was Valentine's Day. I have wanted to make this steamed bun for a long time. I finally found the opportunity to try it. It can also be given to my husband as a gift on this special day. I also attached a picture of the king oyster mushroom rose I made before.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel and wash pumpkin and purple sweet potato.
-
Cut into small pieces and put them into the steamer, put the purple sweet potato at the bottom, and steam until soft.
-
Press into puree.
-
Prepare the flour, dissolve the yeast powder with warm water, pour it into the flour and mix it.
-
Divide the flour into two parts, add purple sweet potato puree and pumpkin puree respectively, add them step by step until the mixture is dry and thin, and knead into a round ball.
-
Cover with wet gauze and place in a warm place to ferment for 1 hour.
-
Panzhihua is known as the Holy Land for Winter Tourism and Health. Look at this unbearable sunshine. The outdoor temperature of the meat was measured at 27 degrees, so 1 hour of fermentation is enough.
-
Knead the fermented dough vigorously to squeeze out the air and let it rest for another twenty minutes.
-
Cut into evenly sized pieces.
-
Roll it into a round piece about 2mm thick, place it from small to large, and then roll a thin strip as the center of the flower.
-
Roll it up from the head, stretch it in the middle and twist it off.
-
Just get two roses.
-
Put the prepared rose embryos into the steamer, let them rise for ten minutes before lighting the fire. After the water boils, turn to medium-low heat, steam for 12 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
