Vegetable and shredded pork noodles
Overview
I especially like to eat pasta and always make it several times a week. Steamed buns, steamed stuffed buns, wontons, and noodles are all interchangeable, and we also make gnocchi. If you don’t want to have a serious meal, just make them. You can add whatever you want.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients.
-
Cut the meat into shreds, add salt, cooking wine, cornstarch and marinate for half an hour.
-
Add a little salt to the flour, add half of the water to the flour, and stir while adding water.
-
Knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest.
-
Wash and chop the green vegetables and mince the ginger.
-
Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the minced ginger, add the shredded pork and break it up.
-
Add greens and stir-fry.
-
Fry over high heat for about a minute.
-
Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.
-
Pull the rested dough outward from one side while pressing with your thumb and index finger to tear off small pieces of dough.
-
This way you will have a thin and small dough ball.
-
Bring the soup to a boil, turn off the heat, add salt, and cook the gnocchi one by one until all are done.
-
Bring to a boil over high heat and let it simmer for another one to two minutes.
