Homemade sweet and sour pork ribs (less oil version)

Cut the ribs into sections, wash and set aside.

Prepare other materials.

Boil the ribs in water to remove any foam.

Put the ribs in the pressure cooker, cover the ribs with water, add the ginger cubes, shallots, and cooking wine together, and press the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

After ten minutes, prepare a wok, heat oil in the pan, add garlic and ginger pieces, and fry over medium heat until fragrant.

Put the pressed ribs into the pot, fry over low heat until the ribs are slightly golden, then remove the ribs.

Don't throw away the oil, ginger and garlic in the pot. Pour in half of the rock sugar and stir-fry over low heat until the sugar color turns into brown sugar juice.

Pour in the fried ribs and coat the ribs evenly with the sugar sauce.
