With the addition of pumpkin, it absorbs the aroma of the ribs and it becomes so delicious.

Soak the ribs in clean water for two hours, changing the water several times to soak away the blood.

Drain.

Peel the pumpkin.

Cut the chunks into pieces and place them in a bowl.

Add steamed pork rice noodles (I use five-spice) to the pork ribs.

Mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Arrange evenly in the bowl.

Place steamer.

Steam for about an hour.

Sprinkle some chopped green onion out of the pan.

The soft, glutinous and sweet steamed pork ribs are ready.
