Cold cucumber
Overview
There is no chili in the cold cucumber, because the weather here is relatively dry and your throat will get sore every now and then, so chili is rarely eaten here, and my family is not used to it. (Just leave it out!) It’s just as delicious without the pepper.

Have materials ready.

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Wash and cut the cucumber.

Smash the garlic and finely chop.
