Red Curry Chicken Wings
Overview
This is the first time I tried red curry. The taste is similar to ordinary curry. Except for the darker color, there is nothing special. Some red pepper powder is added during cooking to increase the spiciness and color. It is a good dish with rice. Even the remaining juice can be used with rice.
