CoCoLc's Private Recipe - Soy Sauce Fried Rice (Brown Rice Version) - [Traditional Fried Rice] Fresh Taste Traditional soy sauce fried rice is a classic ancient folk fried rice, which is accompanied by home-cooked fried rice in many families. The traditional soy sauce fried rice is usually made of peanut oil or sesame oil, lard, chicken fat, chopped green onion and soy sauce. Nowadays, the ingredients have become diversified, which makes the taste richer. Here, we use our own ingredients to evolve a new taste. Brown rice (freshly cooked, overnight rice, or cold rice can be used) Green onions> Wash the green onions first. If there are yellowing parts on the tail of the green onions, remove the yellowing parts one by one. Then cut off the stem of the green onion, cut the upper part of the green onion and the lower part of the green onion into half, cut the upper part of the green onion into chopped green onion, put it in a spare container, then cut the lower part of the green onion into chopped green onion, put it in a separate container, and set aside.

Heat the oil pan over medium-low heat (or medium-low heat) and sauté the reserved green onions until fragrant.

After step (2), pour in the brown rice, use a spatula to poke the rice open, then repeatedly stir-fry the rice slightly, then hold the pot handles on both sides to lift the pot forward, throw the ingredients in the pot into the air and stir-fry, then return to the stove and use the spatula to stir-fry, press and poke the rice to let the rice, green onions and whites evenly absorb the flavor. (Use medium heat)

After step (3), pour soy sauce, use a spatula to poke the rice open, then repeatedly stir-fry the rice slightly, then hold the pot handles on both sides to lift the pot forward, throw the ingredients in the pot into the air, and stir-fry, then return to the stove and use the spatula to stir-fry, press, and poke the rice to let the ingredients in the pot evenly absorb the flavor. (Use medium heat)

After step (4), add green onions, use a spatula to poke the rice, then repeatedly stir-fry the rice slightly, then hold the handles on both sides to lift the pot forward, throw the ingredients in the pot into the air and stir-fry, then return to the stove and use the spatula to stir-fry, press, and poke the rice to let the ingredients in the pot evenly absorb the flavor. (Use medium heat)

After step (5), turn off the heat once the flavors are evenly incorporated.

After step (6), pour into the spare plate. Prepare another plate and put it on the mold. Use a spoon to put the rice into the mold. When the rice is placed in the mold and it is full, use a spoon to press it slightly to prevent it from coming out of the mold. Then remove it from the mold and use cherry tomatoes as decoration.
