Super fresh and incredibly simple watermelon dumplings
Overview
Many people don’t like to eat watermelons, but they are really delicious when used to make dumplings. Every year for large-scale listings, I will pack at least 10 times in 1.2 months.

Ingredients
Steps
-
400g flour, 1-2g salt. Mix about 210 grams of water into a dough. I am used to using a rice cooker to knead the dough without sticking. It is very easy to use. Cover the dough with a food bag and let it rest.
-
During the resting time, make the filling. Wash the watermelon, cut it in the middle, and remove the flesh
-
Use a grater to grate into strands, use about 5-8 grams of salt, submerge it for a while, stir it, and then squeeze out the water with force. Otherwise, it will be difficult to pack the water.
-
Simply chop the water-squeezed watermelon shreds a few times, mince the ginger and green onion, and use other seafood such as shrimp, clams, shrimp skin, etc. for the diced squid.
-
When adding salad oil to the eggs in the pot, shovel them into small pieces
-
Add oyster sauce, a little pepper, salt. Mix salad oil
-
Roll it out and wrap it up
-
Boil the water and put the dumplings in the pot. After the pot is boiled, add half a bowl of cold water. Then boil the pot again and add half a bowl of boiling water. When the pot is boiled again, remove the water and put it on a plate.
