Braised hairtail fish

Braised hairtail fish

Overview

Hairtail fish has high nutritional value and few spines. The fried ones taste crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Braised in braised sauce, it tastes slightly spicy and salty. This time I made it braised.

  4. Dry the hairtail skin and fry it in oil. I don't like flour coating. As long as there is no moisture on the skin of the hairtail fish, it will not stick to the pan.
