Remove the coating from the spring bamboo shoots, pick and wash the leeks

Spring bamboo shoots cut into slices

Boil the bamboo shoot slices in a pot for 5 minutes, then remove and drain

Cut leeks into sections

Heat the oil in a pan, put the leek roots into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant

Stir-fry the bamboo shoot slices

Add salt and fry

Stir evenly, turn off the heat, and put the leeks into the pot

Stir well and serve immediately
