Wash the lotus seeds, figs and dried scallops and set aside.

Chop the keel into pieces, wash and set aside.

Put the washed ingredients into the stew pot.

Then add the keel.

Finally add the ginger slices and pour in water to cover the ingredients.

Pour over water and simmer. After the water boils, turn to low heat and simmer for an hour.

You can add a little salt when drinking, or not.
