Kelp bone soup
Overview
Laminin contained in kelp is a special amino acid that has the effect of lowering blood pressure and preventing high blood pressure and cerebral hemorrhage. Kelp contains 60% fucoidan, which is an excellent dietary fiber. When paired with pig bones, it can supplement calcium and clean the intestines!

Soak dried kelp in warm water and set aside
