Lazy man's simple beef curry
Overview
This curry uses ready-made quick curry cubes. But the finished product tastes not bad, and it’s perfect with a night of white rice. If there is more than you can eat, you can put it in a safe and quickly freeze it, and then take it out to thaw and heat it later.
