Glutinous rice meatballs
Overview
It’s delicious. It’s recommended not to add wolfberry after steaming it. The wolfberry looks ugly. You can steam it and add green onions or carrots

Steps
-
Adjust the meat filling and add the prepared ingredients one by one
-
Use carrots as a base dish (I usually don’t like to eat carrots, but it feels delicious when steamed like this. I’ve finished eating them. Carrots are very nutritious)
-
Put the meatballs into the glutinous rice that has been soaked in advance and roll it a few times to evenly stick the glutinous rice (I soaked the glutinous rice the night before, and it takes about five or six hours)
-
I use a flat-bottomed non-stick pan for steaming
-
For good looks, it is recommended not to add wolfberry. It won’t look good after steaming. You can cut the remaining carrots into cubes and put them on top
-
This is the medium heat used after steaming for more than ten minutes and after the water boils
-
It came out of the pan after 20 minutes

It’s just that the wolfberry doesn’t look very good, but it tastes very good. You can make more glutinous rice, it’s delicious
