Wheat nut bread
Overview
A nutritious and healthy wheat-flavored bread. When I made it, I added cooked melon seeds and dried cranberries. After baking, the wheat-flavored bread was mixed with the sweetness of nuts. My family loved it. I made it twice in a row. It was really good.

Prepare all ingredients

Add milk, eggs, sugar, salt, melon seeds, flour and yeast to the bread barrel in sequence

Follow the dough kneading program for 20 minutes, add butter and knead the dough for another 20 minutes

Cover and turn to fermentation program, time 1 hour and 45 minutes

When time is up, open and take out

After deflating, divide into 3 portions, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes

Soak the cranberries in rum in advance

Then roll it into long olive-shaped slices and add dried cranberries

I use the oven for the second rise, the time is 45 minutes, and it is fermented until it doubles in size. Take it out and make a few slits with a knife. Sieve the flour on the surface and preheat the oven to 165 degrees
