Bitter Melon Braised Chicken
Overview
I made this dish two nights ago and I forgot to take a picture of the finished product. I just remembered to take a picture of how to make it. I am also a person who is used to putting a lot of effort into making and researching dishes when I make them for the first time. By the second time, it became more casual. , so the dishes cooked are often not as delicious as the first time.

Wash and cut bitter melon and chicken into pieces. Boil water in a pot, add bitter melon and blanch it. Be sure to blanch the bitter melon until it changes color and take it out. Then add the chicken and blanch it. Blanch the chicken and rinse it under the tap

Tofu is one of my favorite dishes and I added it on a whim for convenience. Score the bean sprouts with a knife for easy flavoring. Here it is still the same, add the bitter melon and bean sprouts, stir-fry for a while, then add water and simmer. Simmer for five or six minutes and it's almost done. Add salt to taste. Turn high heat to reduce the juice. Plate and serve.
