Crouton Ice Cream
Have a cup of coffee and two slices of bread, drink slowly and savor it, which seems to be a relatively bourgeois way to spend afternoon tea. But in the hot summer, drinking coffee is too hot, so it is better to have ice cream to refresh yourself. The combination of bread and coffee can also be properly tasted and enjoyed. Only then did I realize that it is also a good match for ice cream and bread.

Perfect with soup---BLUE CHEESE CROUTONS
When drinking Western-style soup, this small supporting role often appears, crispy, browned, and fragrant. It tastes crunchy when eaten alone, but when eaten with thick soup, it will absorb the soup and add layers of texture to the taste. And it’s also a good little snack. It’s super easy to make it yourself!

Healthy Western lunch--avocado and shrimp buns
This is a very common lunch pairing for Canadian white-collar workers. Avocado is a treasure among fruits. It is full of energy but low in sugar. It contains a variety of ingredients that are beneficial to the human body. Together with shrimp and French bread (a kind of bread with less sugar and oil), it is rich in nutrients and does not gain weight.

Honey buns
It was completely unintentional. I like to eat this French bun and always keep it at home. Occasionally when I am hungry in the middle of the night, I will have some buns and warm a cup of hot milk. Soaking the bread in the milk is my favorite way to eat it. But one day there was no milk at home and I wanted to eat hot bread, so I came up with this dessert! The bread is soft, coupled with the sweetness of honey and sesame seeds, I really can't put it down, so I couldn't help but want to share it with my friends, so my first recipe was born!
