Honey buns
Overview
It was completely unintentional. I like to eat this French bun and always keep it at home. Occasionally when I am hungry in the middle of the night, I will have some buns and warm a cup of hot milk. Soaking the bread in the milk is my favorite way to eat it. But one day there was no milk at home and I wanted to eat hot bread, so I came up with this dessert! The bread is soft, coupled with the sweetness of honey and sesame seeds, I really can't put it down, so I couldn't help but want to share it with my friends, so my first recipe was born!

Raw materials
-
Unpack the packaged French buns bought in the supermarket and fry them slowly in a pan over low heat
-
I turn it over every half minute. Because it’s not too hot and the bread becomes soft when it’s hot, I turn it over by hand
-
After turning the bread a few times, when the bread becomes puffy, spread honey on the bread
-
Then sprinkle with black sesame seeds. I bought the sesame seeds raw and fried them myself. I usually add some to rice or use them when making pancakes

Okay, it’s out of the pan, it’s so fragrant, eat it while it’s hot, take a bite, the bread is soft all around and inside, the fried sides are a little crispy, plus the sweetness of honey and sesame, it’s great!
