Healthy Western lunch--avocado and shrimp buns
Overview
This is a very common lunch pairing for Canadian white-collar workers. Avocado is a treasure among fruits. It is full of energy but low in sugar. It contains a variety of ingredients that are beneficial to the human body. Together with shrimp and French bread (a kind of bread with less sugar and oil), it is rich in nutrients and does not gain weight.

Choose ripe avocados with dark skin.
