According to legend, it was invented by a middle-aged man named Gai at the back door of the No. 2 Middle School in Mishan City. There are three types of grilled cold noodles, charcoal grilled, teppanyaki grilled and fried, with different tastes. Teppanyaki and deep-fried dishes are currently popular.
