Dried bamboo shoots, fresh meat and white corn bread
Although I have never been a fan of fresh meat buns, I decided to make fresh meat buns because it is easy and the filling can be mixed directly. Don't forget to take as much white cornmeal with you as possible at any time, because according to the usual way of eating, it consumes too little. It is still the same mixing ratio, but it tastes a little rough for the first time. . .

Sauced meat is a cured product made by air-drying meat with sauce. The two piles of cooked soy sauce meat were equally fat and thin. I couldn’t eat more than a few slices of the white fat, no matter fried or steamed. I simply made steamed buns again and tried the steamed buns with soy sauce flavor. Dried bamboo shoots are most readily available, so use them to match the sauced meat. I don’t have any green onions and I’m too lazy to run out to buy them, so I’ll just make do with this. As usual, bring as much white cornmeal as you can. It's a white bag with rough leather, and it looks okay. . .

After consuming the Ye'er cake powder, make another corn-coated Ye'er cake. Bacon and dried bamboo shoots are used together to make the stuffing. There is a bit too much stuffing. As soon as I bite my teeth, I squeeze a large thin-skinned stuffing into a pot. After steaming, squeeze them side by side to fill up all the gaps. Fortunately, there is a corn coat between them, otherwise, they really can't be separated from each other. . . .
