Clean the duck wings in advance, blanch them and drain them. Preheat the oil in the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic and millet and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the duck wings and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Pour in a tablespoon of cooking wine.

Pour in a spoonful of dark soy sauce and stir-fry until coloured.

Pour in water, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, add a spoonful of salt and cook for 30 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes.
