  1. The main materials are ready. Soak the fungus and mince the ginger, green onion and garlic.

  2. Cut the fish into slices three centimeters wide and half a centimeter thick. Add 1/4 teaspoon egg white and 1/2 tablespoon starch.

  4. Heat oil in a pan until it is 60% hot, add fish fillets and soak until cooked.
