Put all the main ingredients into a bread machine and knead into a smooth dough, and ferment.

Cut the ginger and green onion in the ingredients into shreds, put it into a large bowl, add the peppercorns, pour an appropriate amount of boiling water to soak it to remove the flavor and set aside.

Chop pork belly into minced meat

Add the seasonings to the minced meat and stir evenly, then slowly add the separated ginger and scallion water and stir while adding until the meat filling is full and shiny. (The meat filling contains about 70~100g of water)

Place the wrapped buns in a steamer, cover with a lid, put in a pot with warm water and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.

Boil over high heat until the water boils, then steam over medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes before opening the lid
