Sauce meat mixed with green wheat and rolled
Overview
I saw green wheat being ground again. It seems that we are launching this nostalgic delicacy recently. I didn't like it last time, so I bought it again, but I had to change the way to eat it. I happened to have some sauce-flavored meat prepared at home, so I tried it instead with the sauce-flavored one. Haha, it tastes better with meat. Grinding green wheat has both the aroma of green wheat and the nutrition of whole wheat. It is a rare and healthy food. Adding meat for children to eat is better for their health. Message: I wish the children new gains and progress every day!

It’s still sold this way, with a grinder and made on site. The one selling it is said to be a quick one. They are all there waiting to try it out, and they buy it after grinding it out a little.
-
After grinding, it looks ugly, but it has a strong aroma of green wheat and a chewy texture
-
Dice carrots and blanch them
-
Blanched mung bean sprouts
-
Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the bean paste until fragrant
-
Then add the diced pork in the sauce and stir-fry evenly, add a little water and cook for 2 minutes. I forgot to take a picture of the fried one
-
Let the blanched diced carrots cool, then cut into some diced cucumbers
-
Blanched mung bean sprouts as a base
-
Mix the diced vegetables and rice flour evenly and put on top. I did this at night and turned on the flash, but the colors were distorted. Just look at the color of the finished product picture, that one is normal.

Finally, pour the fried diced pork sauce over it
