Pork Belly Stir-fried Bell Peppers and Onions
Overview
Bell peppers, also called green peppers by some, are round in appearance and not spicy. I like to use them when making pizza and fried noodles. I stir-fried them with pork belly and onions tonight, and they taste good!

Prepare the ingredients;

Wash the pork belly, drain the water, and slice the fat and lean meat separately;

Wash onions and bell peppers separately and cut into pieces;

Heat the pan, add a little oil, pour in the fat part of the pork belly and stir-fry for a while;

Add lean meat and continue stir-frying;

Add soy sauce and stir-fry for 20 seconds;

Add onions and stir-fry;

Pour in the bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for a while;

Add a little salt;

Add oyster sauce and chicken powder;

Stir fry evenly.
