  1. Mix the softened butter and powdered sugar and beat with an electric mixer until the powdered sugar is dissolved

  2. Add the egg liquid in three batches, waiting for the egg liquid and butter to be fully combined each time before adding

  3. Add the sifted low-gluten flour and beat until the butter and flour are combined and form a granular form

  4. Add one-third of the flour to cocoa powder and knead it into cocoa dough; knead the rest into plain dough

  5. Roll the two kinds of dough into dough pieces of the same size and stack them together

  6. Then cut it in the middle and put it on top

  7. Repeat this step three times in a row, knead the dough into a cylinder, wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze it in the refrigerator until hard, then slice it.

  8. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, put in cookies and bake for 15 minutes
