Tofu box
Overview
This is Boshan’s famous food. I ate it when I was riding Boshan for the first time and I will never forget it. However, it seems that I only learned the surface and not the essence~~~ I still need to work hard!

A large piece of braised tofu. Use braised tofu because it is stronger.

Cut the tofu into chunks. If it is large, it will look like a box.

Add oil to the wok, more oil, and fry the tofu in the hot oil until golden brown.

Fried tofu cubes.

Cut the fried tofu from one end with a knife. For the sake of appearance, it is best not to cut it all but leave a little. I was lazy and cut it open, then took out the tofu inside with a spoon, being careful not to dig out the outside. The finished products look like small boxes as in the picture.

Add seasoning to the pork stuffing, add diced mushrooms and carrots and stir evenly.

Use a spoon to scoop the stirred stuffing into the scooped tofu box. The tofu box is basically formed. Place the stuffed tofu box into a steamer and steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.

Steam the tofu box, then add some tomato sauce and starch to the soup stock to make a sauce, and pour it on the tofu box. The soup I made was a bit thin and not very pretty. Steamed tofu box, the tofu is filled with the delicious flavor of meat filling.
