Overview
The fennel was planted last year and several new tillers have sprouted from the roots this year. You can pick some fennel leaves for cooking every now and then. The seeds of fennel are actually condiments, and the stems and leaves are fennel vegetables. Fennel and its seeds have a special aroma and have the effect of strengthening the stomach and regulating qi.
