Homemade persimmon jam
Overview
I bought persimmons and put them on the balcony for a long time. I actually forgot to eat them. When I found them again, they were so soft that I didn’t dare to take them. They were perfect for making persimmon jam and served with toast for breakfast, which was another kind of flavor.
