Autumn and winter nourishing and beautifying dishes-----Lao Ma's hoof flower
Overview
Lao Ma's hoof flower is a top-notch Chengdu-style delicacy. It is carefully cooked with pig's trotters as the main raw material and other condiments such as snow peas. Its appearance is like flying flowers, commonly known as hoof flower. Its characteristics are tender and refreshing meat, fragrant but not greasy, the beans are like cotton yarn, and the soup is fragrant. Lao Ma's hoof flower is not only delicious, but also has nourishing effects. The soup is thick and fresh, and the hoof flowers are tough and glutinous. It melts in your mouth. A bowl of it in the winter will warm your heart. It is both beautifying and replenishing your vitality. A pot of white thick soup, add some salt and pepper to the soup when eating, it is a bit like drinking lamb soup, and the soft pig's trotters are dipped in the spicy sauce, it is super delicious and awesome... Our local hoof soup is called pig's hoof soup, but we don't have the raw material of snow peas here, it is definitely a copycat version of Lao Ma's hoof soup.
