Coconut Oatmeal Cookies
Overview
I was having some free time before the year before, and I thought about the uneaten cereal at home. I was worried that it would be a pity if I couldn't finish it and it would expire. So I thought of making this oatmeal cookie. The original recipe is from Jun. I personally think it is too sweet. I made some small changes this time. The finished product is not bad and suits my taste~ Oatmeal, brown sugar, coconut, are very nutritious, and can be eaten by the elderly and children~ This biscuit butter does not need to be beaten, it is very easy~

Steps
-
Have all materials ready

Mix flour and baking soda and sift
-
Add oatmeal, caster sugar, and coconut to the sifted flour and baking soda

Mix all the ingredients from the previous step evenly

Cut butter into small pieces, melt over low heat until it becomes liquid, remove from heat
-
Add brown sugar and honey to butter and stir evenly to melt brown sugar

-
Shaping: Grab a small piece of batter (about 8-10g) with your hands, shape it into a ball, and then press it flat (the background is my dripping claws)
-
Place the shaped biscuits on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. I baked exactly two trays.
-
Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of an oven preheated to 170°C and 150°C, and bake for 15 minutes, until the surface turns deep golden brown.
-
The biscuits are cooked in the oven with oil, haha

It’s done. It’s soft and soft just after baking. Remember to let it cool before eating~ It’s crunchy and delicious~ It’s also very nutritious~
