shrimp floss
Overview
Shrimp floss, a traditional delicacy in Suzhou. Different from the common meat floss and fish floss, it is not flocculent or powdery, and does not serve with porridge or rice. It has nothing to do with baby food supplements. It is a good drink that adults prefer, but it is really delicious.

Wash the fresh shrimps, remove the heads, tails and shells. Pull out the shrimp threads to drain them, boil them and cut them into small pieces.

Cut the mushrooms, water chestnuts, and leeks into equally sized pieces, and mince the ham and set aside.

Heat the lard in a pan, stir-fry the shrimp, mushrooms, water chestnuts and leeks evenly, add the seasoning and stir-fry briefly.

After serving, sprinkle with cooked ham and serve with lettuce leaves, pancake skin, Zhejiang vinegar and sauce for a better flavor.
