Wash the duck and chop it into pieces, grind the pepper with a food processor, slice the ginger, and dice the green onions and coriander and set aside

Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sauté ginger slices until fragrant

Then add the duck meat and stir-fry for 5 minutes
