Prepare star anise, tangerine peel, bay leaves, Miaoxiang and cinnamon, wash them and set aside

Add three bowls of water and simmer over low heat for half an hour

Add sugar, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes
