Stir-fried bean dregs with sour pickles
Overview
I went to buy soy milk in the morning and bought 5 cents worth of bean dregs. Bean dregs are the leftovers of soy milk, and some nutrients from soy milk remain in it, including minerals such as cellulose, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. Regular consumption of bean curd can lower the cholesterol content in the blood and reduce the consumption of insulin by diabetics. The rich dietary fiber in tofu can prevent intestinal cancer and reduce weight, so tofu is now regarded as a new health food source.
