Homemade fried tofu with green onions
Overview
When we were children, there were not as many varieties of dishes as there are now, and we could not eat meat every day. Tofu was available, but we would eat it in various ways. Tofu was still fried in the same way, but with a little more seasoning, the taste was still so fragrant and so memorable.

Steps
-
Cut the tofu diagonally into triangles, then split it in the middle to form two triangles, which will make it thinner and easier to fry.
-
Heat a pan, pour oil and add chopped tofu cubes.
-
Fry over low heat, slowly, without turning, brown on one side, then turn over and fry on the other side.
-
Place the fried tofu on a plate and set aside.
-
Slice ginger, thickly shred onions, cut peppers, and cut green onions into sections. Prepare more green onions.
-
Heat the pan again, pour oil, and sauté the ginger and onions until fragrant.
-
Add chopped chilies.
-
Pour in the fried tofu.
-
Add green onions. Pour in an appropriate amount of water and simmer, add light soy sauce and salt, stir-fry to let the juice penetrate into the tofu, then pour in oyster sauce, no need to add MSG, and it is ready to serve.
