A packet of potato flour.

Moderate amount of lean meat.

Cut into shreds, add soy sauce, pepper, and sugar and marinate for 15 minutes.

Shred the red pepper, use a little more green onion, grow it yourself, chop the white green onion, and cut the leaves into sections.

Put the potato flour into a pot of boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes.

Take it out and run it under cold water, drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded red pepper and chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add lean pork shreds and fry until cooked.

Then add potato powder and stir-fry.

Add the green onions and stir-fry evenly.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce to taste and stir-fry evenly.
