  1. Mix the bean flour and starch, put it in a basin, add water and stir evenly. Spread the pancake noodles with a normal consistency. Heat the pancake pan, add a small amount of oil (to avoid sticking to the pan), and spread all the mixed noodles until cooked.

  2. After everything is cooked, cool it down. Put two pieces together, cut them into squares, and set aside. Use the cut off scraps as stuffing.

Add two eggs to the meat filling and beat it, chop the scraps (don't chop too much, otherwise the fried box will not be crispy), grate the carrots into thick shreds, add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, black beans, soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, edible salt and other seasonings, stir evenly.

  4. Mix 50 grams of starch and 50 grams of flour, add water to make a paste. Place the two slices of crunchy skin on the cutting board, and spread the prepared paste evenly on the crunchy skin.

  5. Place the mixed stuffing on one of the crunchy wrappers, and then spread a layer of prepared batter (the other crunchy wrapper can stick to the filling better).

  6. Place another piece of dough over the filling and press gently to firm up.

  7. If you are afraid that it will not be fried well, you can cut it into long strips with a knife and fry it directly in the oil pan. After frying, cut into small pieces. It won't fall apart easily.

  8. You can also cut it into small pieces before putting it in the oil pan and fry it directly in the pan.
