Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and soak in salt water for ten minutes. Prepare a small amount of olive oil.

Remove the water from the brine, use a knife to score "ten" characters on the mushrooms, then brush evenly with a layer of olive oil and sprinkle with a small amount of salt and black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, put the middle layer on the upper and lower heat, and bake for 10 minutes.

Twist the young leeks in hot water and take them out immediately. Spread the water on a baking sheet lined with tin foil, brush with a layer of olive oil, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of black pepper, salt, chili powder, and cumin powder. You can place some sliced shiitake mushrooms on the edge of the plate.
