Prepare taro

Prepare arrowroot starch, cooked taro, peeled, and minced pork

Put the taro into the arrowroot starch while it's hot, add the minced meat and stir evenly

Just until there is no dry powder and it is slightly soft

Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, squeeze out the meatballs with your hands, spoon them into the pot and cook until they float

Add salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, pepper to taste, add sesame oil and minced coriander

Remove from pot and plate
