Pressure cooker version of braised pork

Cut the pork into pieces, blanch them in water, wash and remove from the water.

Put oil in a pot, add sugar and stir-fry over low heat until brown.

Add the meat pieces and stir-fry.

Add onion, ginger, star anise, and cooking wine and stir-fry.

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry.

Pour into the pressure cooker, add salt and water, put on steam and cook for 15 minutes.
