Fried Lima Beans with Diced Chicken

Fried Lima Beans with Diced Chicken

Overview

I like to eat lima beans very much. They are powdery and do not take long to cook. They are also very suitable with meat cubes, so I buy a pack of frozen lima beans from time to time. When eating, just take them out of the refrigerator and stir-fry them directly into the pot.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of white sugar, and 1/2 tablespoon of white wine. If the meat feels a little dry, add 1 tablespoon of water and mix evenly. Add corn starch and mix evenly. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix evenly. This way, the diced meat will not stick together and will spread easily when stir-frying.
